Job Description

Vibra Travels is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to fill a Med Surg / Telemetry position in Columbus, Wisconsin. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
  • Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g. ACLS, PALS, NRP).
  • 1 full year of RN experience; Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
