Job Description

Vibra Travels is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to fill a challenging Acute Care position in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN in Acute Care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
  • Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP)
  • 1 full year of RN experience; Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous acute care experience
  • Ability to project a professional image
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
