About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Newborn Care Specialist to join our team of caregivers at Boston Baby Nurses LLC.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to provide personalized, one-on-one care for newborns and their families in the comfort of their home.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the baby and providing support, education, and guidance for new parents.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience caring for newborns
  • Knowledge of AAP newborn care techniques and practices
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work overnights and a minimum of 3 overnights a week
