Under the direction of the RN case manager, you will provide continuous bed-side clinical observations, prescribed care, physical, and emotional support to patients as directed in the plan of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supportive care and emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • Current Florida LPN license
