We are seeking a Server to join our team at Spectrum Retirement Communities. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include directing residents to their tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and assisting with drink selection. You will also be responsible for communicating specific resident orders using our state-of-the-art point of sale system and completing all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
Qualifications- A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
- If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
- Server must currently hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
- It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation
