As a full-time, nonexempt Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner with Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, you will be responsible for evaluating and interpreting medication orders, compounding, and dispensing pharmaceuticals based on prescriptions provided by authorized healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prevent, assess, and resolve medication-related issues to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Promote clinically rational drug therapy through established protocols and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care.

This role primarily operates within a designated healthcare facility but may require occasional coverage at other locations.

Work Schedule:
This position entails a commitment of 40 hours per week, including rotating shifts, evenings, alternate weekends, and holiday coverage.

Facility Information:
Comprehensive Pharmacy Services collaborates with a not-for-profit healthcare system that features multiple campuses, offering a wide range of services and a total bed capacity of over 600.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Pharmacy (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited institution; PharmD is preferred.
- A valid Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Pharmacist, preferably in a hospital setting.

Skills Required:
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make critical decisions.
- Proven accuracy and efficiency in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and pharmacy information systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Health and Safety Requirements:
Compliance with health screening and immunization requirements may be necessary.
