Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the rebuilding of our Microsoft Cloud Services platform
  • Monitor our Microsoft Cloud Services platform and ensure smooth network operations
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes by applying and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides (TSGs), and playbooks
  • Develop and review blueprints for the further development of our cloud strategy
  • Manage services within our service environment
  • Take on exciting special tasks tailored to your skills and needs
