Job Overview

Penn State Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Camp Hill, PA. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A current LPN license in the state of employment or a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also necessary prior to completion of orientation.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider.
  2. Observe, report, and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record.
  3. Instruct patients and families according to teaching plans.
  4. Communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate coordination of individualized patient care.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of employment or a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to completion of orientation.
  • One (1) year experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting preferred.
