Job Summary

Envision Unlimited is a leading provider of care services for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health DSP to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate care and recovery-oriented services to clients with mental illness. This will involve participating in the supervision, training, and implementation of individual treatment plans and behavior management plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide input into the client's treatment plan by outlining strengths, challenges, and accomplishments.
  • Assist clients to achieve independent living goals by providing training in key areas such as activities of daily living, budgeting, transportation, and developing healthy relationships.
  • Supervise clients in the self-administration of medications and provide training on the process, usage, and side effects.
  • Document medication use as required by DHS standards for each shift worked.
  • Read and initial the communication log at the beginning of each shift.
  • Document services to clients as outlined in their ITP on individual or group note forms.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have a valid Driver's license
  • 1 year of social service experience, preferred

Work Schedule:

  • FT: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 2pm-12am
  • PT: Saturday & Sunday 9am-3pm

Compensation: $16.93 per hour
