Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in achieving their treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the intake process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our program.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients, maintaining accurate and detailed client logs.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Coordinate activities, including lectures, recreation, and meetings, to enhance client engagement and well-being.
  • Conduct mandatory bed checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in shift change, team meetings, and company meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor client schedules and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
  • Assist with interventions and provide support to clients as needed.
  • Follow established treatment plans and objectives, ensuring client progress and success.
  • Monitor medication lines and transport clients to meetings and recreation activities.
  • Conduct searches of clients upon return to the facility and maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Monitor client hygiene and medical needs, providing support and assistance as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
