Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor and possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Meet or exceed sales goals, including add-on sales
  • Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and inspections
  • Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates
  • Frequently follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle

  • Provide an excellent customer satisfaction experience to drive loyalty
