Job Description:Overview:

- Pursue new business opportunities by acquiring new clients for personal and commercial insurance policies.
- Better serve existing clients by upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies to promote the agency and its services.
- Conduct thorough research and due diligence on potential policies or carriers.
- Maintain regular communication with new, existing, and prospective policyholders to assess their circumstances and quote policy options.
- Clearly explain policy terms, conditions, and benefits to clients.
- Quote, bind, and issue new policies in a timely manner.
- Renew and amend existing policies as needed.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of policy documents.
- Analyze market trends and client data to provide informed advice.
- Conduct risk assessments to determine suitable coverage levels.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for growth through data analysis.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and legal guidelines.
- Foster collaboration with the service department and other team members to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market conditions, and economic trends.
- Proactively monitor client policy expirations to prevent lapses in coverage.
- Maintain precise records and files in our AMS system.
- Effectively manage client databases and CRM systems.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Achieve sales targets and performance goals.
Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
