Job Title: Senior Manager, Service Development

Lead the commercial strategy and product launch efforts for the generics business unit. This role will drive sales analytics, product management, and portfolio analysis to support the Generics Retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue, profit, and market share goals.
  • Analyze complex data on generic pharmaceutical product supplies, demand, customer demographics, and pricing to evaluate market dynamics.
  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ molecules and 400+ SKUs at customer level, product level forecasting, track new awards, and manage wins and losses.
  • Provide proactive and in-depth financial analysis of product or market-specific business activity for new product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to retrieve and prepare various data sources for forecasting, sales planning, and budgeting.
  • Work closely with Finance and Pricing team to ensure all discounts and rebates are appropriately captured and accounted in SAP pre- and post-closing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree and 4-5 years of experience in the generics pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of market trends, customer needs, financial data, and competitive intelligence.
