Responsibilities- Provide technical direct and indirect nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician.
- Offer health care services to patients experiencing severe emotional disorders or psychiatric illnesses.
- Perform crisis intervention and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare and distribute medication on the unit.
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
- One year of practical nursing experience (Level II) or three years of experience (Level III).
- Strong commitment to patient well-being and safety.
- Belief in the possibility of recovery.

Griffin Memorial Hospital is a 120-bed acute psychiatric hospital serving all 77 counties in Oklahoma as a Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for adults.
