Job Summary:

Sysco is seeking dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver products to customer locations.
  • Build relationships with customers using a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer operations to meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements:
  • 21+ years of age.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Touch freight – may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly.
  • Flexibility – overtime as required, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year customer delivery experience.
  • 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience.
  • 6 months Food and Beverage experience.
  • 2 years consistent work history.
