Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor at KFC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during scheduled shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the management team in overseeing daily activities, maintaining high standards of customer service, and promoting a positive work environment.

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by acting with a People Always First attitude and connecting with guests. Discover and respond to guest needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Team Management: Assist with new team member training, provide clear and respectful coaching, and give feedback to the General Manager on team member performance.
• Store Operations: Support management in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, organize opening and closing duties, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance of food inventory, supply levels, ordering, and receiving as needed.
• Quality Control: Ensure quality products are consistently delivered to guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred
• Basic working knowledge of store operations and guest relations
• Must have basic computer fundamentals (POS, Microsoft Office)
• Should have food preparation skills as they relate to restaurant business
• Must be up to date on food safety and health codes
