Position Summary:
The Receptionist/Cashier at Greenway Kia North plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients. This position is responsible for managing incoming calls and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact, ensuring that guests feel valued and informed. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Performing light data entry and operating the telephone switchboard.
- Processing payments and managing customer transactions efficiently.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth customer flow.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and experience in handling financial transactions. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a preference for candidates with previous experience in a similar role.
Additional Responsibilities:
On designated days, the Receptionist/Cashier will also fulfill Service Cashier duties, which include:
- Managing service and repair transactions with courtesy and efficiency.
- Explaining service recommendations to customers and processing payments.
- Completing estimates and invoices accurately.
Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility, as the dealership operates during evenings and weekends. Shifts will include opening, closing, and holiday hours.
Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor and reliability.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Strong math skills for accurate financial transactions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
