Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Firmware Engineer to join our team at Nextracker. As a key member of our Firmware group, you will be responsible for creating a NodeJS tool for analyzing log files generated by our embedded controller app. Your expertise in JavaScript programming, C programming language, and web UI development will be essential in defining web interface features and implementing the web API and web UI to demonstrate the capabilities of the analysis tool.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Firmware group to create a NodeJS tool for analyzing log files generated by our embedded controller app.
Create necessary parsers to prepare log data for analysis and visualization.
Work with the firmware team to define web interface features.
Implement the web API and create a web UI to demonstrate the capabilities of the analysis tool.

Requirements:

Computer science or electrical engineering major.
Excellent JavaScript programming skills.
Proficient in C programming language.
Web UI development experience.
Good knowledge of git or other version control software.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with debugging and logging software.
Master's Degree in a related field.

Desired Skills:

Experience working with embedded devices.
Experience with Linux and bash scripting.
