Job Title: Chief Psychologist
Job Summary:
The State of Oklahoma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our psychological services team and providing expert guidance on behavioral health matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead psychological evaluations, including test administration and interpretation
- Provide clinical services to youth and families involved in the juvenile justice system
- Develop and implement behavioral health initiatives across the agency and state-operated facilities
- Supervise and train behavioral health staff and students
- Collaborate with community groups and agencies to develop guidance programs and services
Requirements:
- Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D.) from an accredited college or university with a specialty in clinical or counseling psychology
- Current licensure by the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
- Direct the work of others
- Exercise good judgment in solutions analysis and decision-making
