Job Opportunity: Security Service Technician

Cook Solutions Group, a leading provider of security solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Security Service Technician to join our team. As a Security Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing electronic and physical security systems, ensuring the highest level of security and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service electronic and physical security systems, including alarm systems, access control, and video surveillance systems.
  • Respond to service calls and conduct site surveys to identify and resolve security system issues.
  • Perform system commissioning, startup, and customer training to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of service calls, site surveys, and system installations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in electronic and physical security service and installation, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of security equipment and systems, including alarm systems, access control, and video surveillance systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
