Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
- Utilize mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This role involves exposure to varying temperatures, potential fumes, and moving mechanical parts. The noise level can be elevated, and the position requires physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy items (up to 75 pounds). Vision capabilities must include close, distance, and peripheral vision.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in production maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
