Assistant Salon Leader Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the salon's operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
  • Coach and mentor salon professionals to improve their skills and performance.
  • Support the Salon Leader in achieving business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Salon Leader to create a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Cosmetology license in the state of employment.
  • Ability to demonstrate a passion for people and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and available to work various schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
