Job Summary:
As a Concessions Stand Supervisor, you will operate under the guidance of the Concessions Manager and Area Supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing food service operations, managing staff, and ensuring cleanliness and safety within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional service by selling food and beverages to event attendees.
2. Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of supplies and equipment.
3. Collaborate with team members, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
4. Train and manage stand attendants, including cashiers, cooks, and runners, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.
5. Coordinate with the Area Supervisor or Concessions Manager regarding specific requirements for events, including food, stock, and equipment needs.
6. Adhere to all company policies and health department regulations.
7. Take pride in your leadership role, developing your team, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise.
