Job Title: Commercial Contracts Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Counsel to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will play a critical role in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and reviewing master services agreements, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts
  • Advising internal clients on contract provisions and associated legal matters
  • Editing legal documents to ensure consistency with company policies and applicable laws
  • Maintaining accurate database and file records, ensuring compliance
  • Communicating with senior management and sales leaders regarding contract provisions
  • Providing a solution-oriented approach to business contract negotiations
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) required
  • Intermediate skills with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times and handle multiple activities, contracts, subcontracts, and customers simultaneously
  • Highly motivated with ability to work without direct supervision
  • Superior oral communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Detail oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
