Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography scans, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Obtain patient history, educate patients and families regarding procedures and treatment, position patients appropriately for radiographic procedures, and perform radiographic procedures and analysis according to departmental guidelines.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Prepare and clean equipment, perform quality control measurements, and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including radiographic results and patient information, and ensure that examination results meet facility standards for quality assurance.
  • Collaboration and Education: Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals, participate in ongoing in-service and educational seminars, and assist in the education and training of colleagues and students.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in Applied Science or related field.
  • Certification and Licensure: MRTBE CT certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as an imaging technologist preferred.
