Neurosurgery Physician Assistant Role in Northern California

Position Overview:
- Title: Neurosurgical Physician Assistant
- Compensation: Competitive starting salary of $160,000
- Team Structure: Collaborate with two experienced Neurosurgeons and two Physician Assistants
- Specialization: Focus on general, spine, and brain neurosurgery
- Experience: Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Inpatient Duties: Assist in the operating room, conduct rounding and note-taking, provide care on hospital floors and in the ICU, and manage inpatient and emergency room consultations.
- Outpatient Duties: Conduct post-operative evaluations, follow up with established patients, and manage an average caseload of 10-15 patients daily.
- Technology: Utilize Epic for electronic health records.
