About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Maintenance and Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the campus, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with at least 4 years of experience in supervising trades and maintenance staff, planning and directing major repairs, remodeling, and new construction projects. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field can be substituted for 1 year of experience.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide oral and written communications with multiple levels of authority. Additionally, they will have working knowledge of State and Federal codes and regulations, such as OSHA, Life Safety, HazMat codes, Fire Marshal orders, ADA requirements, and MPCA rules and regulations.
