**Job Title:** CDL Rear Load Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL Rear Load Operator to join our team at Rumpke Waste and Recycling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating rear load trucks to collect and transport waste and recyclables to disposal sites.

**Job Summary:**

  • Operate rear load trucks in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collect and transport waste and recyclables to disposal sites, maintaining accurate records and logs throughout the process.
  • Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and responding to their needs in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.

**Requirements:

  • Valid Class B CDL license with a good driving record.
  • At least 19 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in the waste industry preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand maps and written instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
