We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Provider to join our Atlas Medical Care Team in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Summary

This role demands autonomous management of complex healthcare scenarios, including multiple co-morbid conditions. As a Medical Provider, you will be entrusted with delivering mobile on-site primary care services to our vulnerable patient population residing in assisted living and other senior communities.

Your expertise will extend beyond medical treatment, as you educate patients and their families on self-care, disease management, and end-of-life care. Collaboration will be a daily aspect of your work, liaising closely with facility staff and Atlas Patient Care support teams.

All activities will be guided by quality measures provided by Atlas, emphasizing our commitment to high standards of care. Upholding confidentiality in all job aspects is a non-negotiable requirement, affirming our core values of Character, Experience & Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients in assisted living and senior communities
  • Manage complex healthcare scenarios, including multiple co-morbid conditions
  • Collaborate with facility staff and Atlas Patient Care support teams
  • Educate patients and their families on self-care, disease management, and end-of-life care
Requirements:
  • Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Alaska
  • At least one year of primary care experience
  • Ability to work independently and drive between communities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid AK Fingerprint Clearance Card and Current CPR Certification
