Job Description

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Imaging Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing CT/MR equipment from various manufacturers, including GE, Siemens, and Philips.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Assist in the repair of diagnostic imaging equipment specific to CT/MR - Multi-vendor (GE, Siemens, Philips).
  • Travel and Work Independently: Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Ability to resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure, time-sensitive, customer environments.
  • Scheduled Preventative Maintenance: Perform Scheduled preventative maintenance that includes calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
  • Knowledge and Training: Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment in order to perform preventative maintenance on machines.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all service activities in accordance with the Company Quality Standards.
  • Test Equipment Maintenance: Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
  • Field Service Reports: Submitting field service reports timely and according to functional standards.
  • Communication with Account Manager: Communicate with account manager on services being provided.
  • Company Asset Management: Manage and Maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions.
Work Environment and Schedule:

This job operates in the field where the individual will be going to several different sites to and will be around a variety of medical imaging equipment. The work schedule is primarily Monday thru Friday normal business hours, occasional evening and weekends.

Physical Demands:

The physical requirements that are essential to perform this job are to talk and to hear. It will also be required by the employee to frequently stand; walk, lift up to 75 Lbs., to use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires frequent and regular travel as needed to service the technical needs of customers. The individual in this position must be willing to travel and drive distances to get to a variety of sites within a 4 hour radius. Some travel and assignments will require flying and overnight stays.
