Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Fulfillment Center Operations: Manage in-house logistics, including pick/pack and final mile delivery operations.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Interface with Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Service, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless operations.

About You
  • 5-7 Years of Warehouse Management Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing warehouse teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and develop a team of warehouse associates and delivery drivers.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with warehouse monitoring systems and ability to adapt to new technological processes.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
