We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Educator/Staff Nurse to join our team at OhioHealth. As a Clinical Educator, you will provide educational support to designated clinical units, conducting needs assessments and delivering standardized education in areas of expertise. In addition, you will assist in the design of education based on educational standards, evidence-based practice, and OhioHealth policy.
Responsibilities- Provide educational support to designated clinical units, including needs assessments and standardized education
- Assist in the design of education based on educational standards, evidence-based practice, and OhioHealth policy
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide general nursing care to patients and families along the illness continuum
- Develop and implement educational programs to enhance nursing practice and patient care
- Conduct competency assessments and provide feedback to staff
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- 3-5 years of experience in a designated clinical area
- 2+ years of experience in education and adult development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
