Caregiver Specialist

In this role as a Caregiver Specialist at BrightSpring Health Services, you will play a vital part in delivering compassionate care to our clients. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates, ensuring client safety, and encouraging self-help activities.
The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 - $17.60 per hour, depending on location and experience.
Responsibilities- Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
- Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
- Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external
