About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Specialist to join our team in Dayton. This full-time night shift position involves providing quality nursing assistance to patients in various settings, including homes and facilities. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience preferred.
  • Certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required, with no board actions.
  • Computer skills sufficient to document services and care effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and minimum automobile insurance coverage.
