Position SummaryThe Senior Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will play a crucial role within the Corporate FP&A team. This individual will be instrumental in refining the Company's forecasting and long-term planning capabilities. We seek a proactive self-starter who excels in delivering insightful financial analyses and fostering cross-functional collaborations.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A, the responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to uncover key business drivers and trends that support strategic management decisions.
- Preparing comprehensive monthly and quarterly management reports, including Revenue, COGS, OpEx, CAPEX, and Headcount, while performing variance analysis and communicating essential insights to senior leadership.
- Overseeing the corporate budget and collaborating with departmental leaders to track budget performance, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective measures.
- Facilitating the annual budgeting process by working closely with various departments to gather and consolidate necessary information.
- Developing and maintaining robust financial models to enhance long-term planning and optimize resource allocation and investment strategies.
- Building and nurturing relationships with cross-functional teams and finance partners to integrate updates related to budgeting and planning.
- Assisting the Senior Manager of FP&A and the VP of Finance & Accounting with ad hoc analyses that guide strategic business decisions.
Essential skills and experiences include:
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Analysis.
- Familiarity with GAAP standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and capable of creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
Preferred skills and experiences (not mandatory):
- Experience in the med-tech, health-tech, or medical device sectors.
- Background in establishing and maintaining financial processes in established organizations.
- Familiarity with Adaptiv, Netsuite, and/or Salesforce.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $120,000, plus bonuses, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skills, qualifications, and market demand.
