About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Fidelity Hotel in Cleveland, OH. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and setting the tone for their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about local attractions and events
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and inviting atmosphere
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Proficient in computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
