As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales and service professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and service goals.
- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Monitor and analyze sales and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- 2-3 years of experience in a retail or automotive sales and service environment.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, peers, and upper management.
- Ability to analyze sales and service metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- ASE certification preferred, but not required.
