About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Plastipak Holdings. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of manufacturing equipment, including blow molding and injection molding machinery.
  • Participate in changeovers and ensure efficient execution of maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new equipment installations and modifications, and participate in training and development programs to expand your expertise.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, with ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, including manuals and schematics.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights up to 20 feet.
