Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized recovery plans for members, focusing on skills development, social connections, and community integration.
- Provide coaching and counseling to members, addressing challenges such as social isolation, poor self-esteem, and anxiety.
- Collaborate with members to identify and access employment, education, and housing opportunities, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
- Advocate for members' rights and interests, ensuring they receive necessary support and services.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor members' progress and adjust support plans as needed.
- 1-3+ years of experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, preferably in a community setting.
- 1-2 years of coaching and counseling experience, with a focus on mental health and wellness.
- Ability to manage and handle member concerns and behaviors effectively.
- Proven experience in mental health crisis management and counseling.
- Graduate degree in a related field, such as social work or counseling.
- Driver's license and ability to drive a van, preferred.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM, with some flexibility as needed. Salary: $29.12 per hour. Bilingual-English/Spanish highly desirable.
