We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer - Project Manager to join our team at The Falcon Group. As a key member of our Restoration Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of repairs, renovations, and alterations of existing structures.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-site inspections and document existing conditions, perform field testing, and observe and evaluate work in progress.
- Verify quantities of work performed to ensure percentages complete are consistent with contractor billings.
- Perform, observe, and document testing protocols and work in progress.
- Work closely with other team members to understand the scope of work, budget, goals, deliverables, and timeline to ensure project success.
- Record field measurements and perform basic calculations.
- Organize field data to facilitate analysis and problem-solving.
- Proactively monitor work progress, schedule, and budget to ensure all targets are met.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related.
- Strong interest in working onsite, preferred field experience.
- Valid United States Driver's License required, as this position requires travel to and from client sites.
