We are seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will play a critical role in investigating, evaluating, and resolving workers compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate workers compensation claims to determine the extent of liability and potential damages.
  • Develop and implement effective claims management strategies to minimize losses and maximize recoveries.
  • Collaborate with clients, claimants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers compensation claims adjusting.
  • Active Adjusters' licenses in California, with SIP optional.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
