Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Attorney to join our team at a small privately owned law firm in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate litigation and be able to practice in North Carolina. Bonus points if you can also practice or be licensed in South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the firm owner and be an extension of the company
  • Travel throughout NC to attend court cases
  • Accept business throughout NC, with the possibility of expanding to South Carolina
Requirements
  • Licensed Attorney with experience in real estate litigation
  • Ability to practice in North Carolina, with bonus points for South Carolina licensure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
