Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize capacity utilization.
  • Utilize ERP system to analyze data, forecast demand, and manage inventory.
  • Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Implement advanced planning techniques to improve the efficiency of the production process.
  • Monitor the production workflow for each product and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to management on the status of production schedules.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve any potential issues that could impact the schedule.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of production workflow, procurement, and advanced planning techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects.
  • APICS CPIM certification is preferred.
