Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical examination, and analysis of laboratory results.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including ordering diagnostic tests and medications as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Mentor and educate nursing staff on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- MSN with Advanced Practice Nurse credentials.
- Minimum of 5 years RN/Specialty experience.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, including teaching principles and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Nurse Practitioner role.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
This is a full-time position with benefits, working 36 hours per week, with rotating weekends, variable holidays, and no on-call requirements.
