VIBE Cannabis is actively looking for a Warehouse Associate to support its operations. The company is engaged in the cultivation and manufacturing of cannabis products and is focused on expanding its presence in the medical market.


Role Summary

The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in managing the receipt and distribution of equipment and supplies. This position involves ensuring compliance with waste management protocols and maintaining the organization of the warehouse. The individual will report to both the Director of Security and the Inventory & Quality Control Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily incoming deliveries and shipments
  • Ensure proper disposal of cannabis and other waste materials
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas, including the facility and surrounding grounds
  • Operate and maintain power tools and mobile equipment, such as forklifts
  • Assemble and set up equipment as required
  • Uphold a professional and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Follow instructions and assist with tasks assigned by management
  • Report any damages or issues to the appropriate supervisors
  • Assist in managing sanitation areas as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
  • Knowledge of safe handling of hazardous materials
  • Valid driver's license is necessary
  • Forklift operation experience is preferred
  • Experience in a regulated industry is advantageous
  • Demonstrated accountability and attention to detail

  • Proficient in the safe use of power tools and shop equipment
  • Willingness to learn and improve skills continuously
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
