**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Refurbishment Assembly Specialist to join our team at DOOSAN GROUP. As a key member of our Refurb team, you will be responsible for performing hands-on fabrication and assembly of fuel cell parts, molded components, and subassemblies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform assigned assembly work of moderate complexity, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
- Work with others to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
- Operate robotic and other machinery, mechanical equipment, and hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble components.
- Participate in quality assurance and debugging activities to ensure all work meets established control standards and specifications.
- Actively contribute to process improvement teams and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.
**Requirements:**
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2+ years of work experience in an industrial/production/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Possession of relevant production assembly knowledge and mechanical material movement skills.
- Good reading comprehension, general communications, organizational, and basic math skills required.
- Basic computer skills required.
