Aluminum Production Metallurgist

• Evaluate and validate rolling mill capabilities to align with client specifications
• Work alongside process metallurgists to establish optimal parameters for rolling lines
• Provide expert guidance during product trials and evaluations
• Engage with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and resolve product quality challenges
• Formulate best practices aimed at enhancing production efficiency and quality assurance
• Lead investigations into root causes and implement corrective measures
• Assist in product development and qualification initiatives
• Guide and educate team members on rolling techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in aluminum sheet or plate manufacturing
• Familiarity with quality systems and standards
• Expertise in data analysis tools and principles of lean manufacturing
