- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in aluminum sheet or plate manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality systems and industry standards
- Expertise in data analysis tools and principles of lean manufacturing
