We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Stokes Hodges Ford. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month to meet sales targets.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
  • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in auto sales.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk a large portion of the workday in all weather conditions.
