As a Front Desk and Breakfast Attendant at Marriott, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and completing reports. You will also be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to ensure a smooth and memorable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Complete reports and maintain accurate records
- Move about your space and take a hands-on approach to work
- Ensure a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
